Position Title: Retail Sales Associate
Job Description: Commission-based retail sales at 9 different, high-traffic areas throughout Las Vegas. Students will work as sales representatives. The day shift will be 9am-5pm, midshift is 12 pm to 8 pm and the night shift will be 5pm-12am, they will be demonstrating massage products.
This job will deal heavily with the public. You will be performing demonstrations on company's massage products to crowds that are walking into the casino shops. Students must be outgoing and not shy. You will have a 4-day paid training period and then a test. This position will involve aggressive sales.

This job is an aggressive sales position. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment. Excellent English proficiency is mandatory. We have 6 high-traffic areas located on the Vegas Strip.
Students will work as sale representatives at all locations and all shifts. We are open from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day. NO smoking or alcohol drinking is allowed at any of the work locations at any time. A drug test may be required upon arrival. You will go through mandatory, paid training for a few days. Training pay rate is $7.50/hr. THIS JOB IS AN INCENTIVE PAY JOB (same as commission) with a minimum of $7.50 but with no maximum. Our J-1 average income is over $12.50 per hour and some can make as much as $18.00. EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS REQUIRED. A DRUG
TEST MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ALL EMPLOYEES UPON ARRIVAL. NO SMOKING AND NO ALCOHOL DRINKING ALLOWED AT WORK LOCATION. YOUR INCOME IS BASED ON YOUR SALES ABILITY. A STRONG SALES PERSON CAN EARN AN INCOME OF $4000 A MONTH OR MORE.

Is a housing deposit required upon arrival? YES, one month rent and $200 deposit, due upon arrival. Deposit will not be refunded IF there is any damage.

Is there a penalty if students do NOT stay in the housing you provide? Yes, deposit and one month's rent will not be returned. As long as you work for Vitality, you have to live in this housing.
